How To Use:
Apply 6-8 sprays of Magnesium Spray onto your stomach, legs, feet or back 10-30 minutes before bedtime. Gently massage in and allow to dry before covering. For optimal results, use daily to combat the depletion of magnesium levels caused by our modern lifestyle and mineral-poor soils. If you are new to magnesium oil, start by applying it only on your feet for 2-3 weeks to allow your body to acclimate. For children, use on feet only for 4 weeks before applying to their stomachs. Remember to patch test first.
