How to use:

Option 1: Simply place one steamer on the shower floor away from direct steam and let the splashes of water activate it, releasing the oils into the air. The heat and steam will disperse the oils for you to inhale.

Option 2: For a stronger effect, place the shower steamer in a GLASS bowl at head level and add a few splashes of water to activate it. Make sure no steamer segments splash onto your skin. 

For optimal results, close the shower and bathroom door and window to fully steam up the room.
